Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Dark color, and a varietal fresh fruity aroma of dark cherry with floral overtones. There is also something buttery in the aroma. The palate is juicy, supple, round and almost creamy, the charm and flow of the variety is well presented, with rather restrained acidity and a tannin that, despite its mild appearance, still has density and supports the length of the wine.
