Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler

Light straw-yellow with a slight greenish shimmer. On the nose subtle hints of wood, banana and quince jelly, with underlying notes of violets. On the palate a light fruit texture and a fine fruit composition, slightly salty. An ample emphasis of wood on the finish.
