Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fresh and elegant bouquet with notes of sour cherry, cranberry, and a hint of blackcurrant, as well as lovely ethereal spicy aromas, including liquorice. Slender on the palate, yet with a certain power, with cooked wild berry, and finely polished and easily perceptible tannins. It has a long and spicy fruity finish.
