The red wine Mentore Veneto Rosso IGT, vintage 2022 from the winery Mancassola has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Lonigo in Italy.
Deep dark ruby purple colour. Open-hearted nose of rich cherry, rich plum, underpinned by great savouriness, with a slightly citrusy note, also reminiscent of fresh pear. Beautiful juiciness and clear, purple fruit on the palate, slightly salty, with a slight after-dry finish.
