Tasting from 14.10.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense bouquet with notes of dried dark fruit, some marzipan and lots of cedar wood and caramel. Elegant on the palate in terms of structure. Fresh acidity, lots of fruit, dates, figs, dried cherries and extremely vivid wood aromas. Polished tannins and a long finish.
