Bright straw yellow with a sparkling core. Fragrant and distinctive nose, with subtle hints of dried citrus fruit, meadow herbs, elderflower, plus fine notes of crisp pear and apple. Beautiful precision on the palate, subtle fruit, pure, sparse, salty, still very young at the moment, still needs some time in the bottle.
