The red wine Marcus Trevenezie Rosso IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Marco Sambin has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Cinto Euganeo in Italy.
Deep dark, elegant ruby red colour. Finely characterised, delicate nose of soft cranberry, heart cherry, fine notes of graphite, candle wax and wood. Compact on the palate, tightly woven and with beautiful juiciness, comes in several layers, with a delicate use of wood, fine salty undertone, vibrant, full of energy, can and should age a little longer.
