Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Very spicy nose of verbena and leather, blood, plus fine earthy tones and dried rose petals. The palate is fresh and salty, with medium-weight structure and grippy, compact tannins, plus nice spice, slightly consuming aftertaste.
