Brilliant silver with light greenish reflections and the finest mousse. Exotic nose of sage, dragon fruit, lychee, sugar melon, elderflower; very fragrant. Full-bodied on the palate, hearty mousse, well-integrated acidity, fresh, minimally soapy finish.
