Tasting from 27.08.2021: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Initially yeasty and buttery on the nose, with small red berries and dried tomato after a lot of aeration. The use of oak remains restrained. Juicy and sinewy on the palate, fine-grained tannins, well-supporting and refreshing acidity that merges seamlessly with the body, medium-bodied palate fruit, a layer of suppleness in the otherwise completely juicy finish. Elegant wine.
