This has a light yellow green colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there are aromas of lovely blossom honey, yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mango and pineapple, fresh peach, and candied mandarin zest. It is taut, with lovely sweet fruit, delicate apricot, a fresh structure, and a subtle fruit sweetness on the finish. It is an elegant food wine.
