Tasting from 17.10.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

On the nose cocoa, seafood and fruits of the forest. The palate is straight forward, elegant, cherry, caramel on the finish, tannins are noticeable but not sticky. Quite a long finish.
