Bright straw yellow. Somewhat reductive on the nose, with notes of crisp yellow apple, quince and a touch of elderberry. Foamy on the palate, with an explosive mousse, initial notes of freshly cut limes and apples, but then unfortunately loses the fruit on the finish, which has a bitter note.
