Crystalline straw yellow colour with reflections. Fine and persistent mousse. Fresh fruity notes of citrus fruits and their peel, crisp apples and subtle hints of meadow flowers on the nose. Fruity and dry on the palate. Pleasant structure, carried by a mousse that gently caresses the palate. Lingering finish.
