Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Some tobacco in the background, aniseed and ripe apple, delicately nutty, and a fine candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, elegant, discreet pear, dark minerality, and an integrated fresh acidity structure. It is long lasting and a good food wine.
