Black cherry, blackberry, only very discreetly oak-influenced. On the palate silky, very fresh, full of tension and finesse, convincing elegance and juiciness, strong mineral background, a grippy style designed for drinkability. Grenache of red clay and galets roulés, nine months of barrel aging in Stockinger barrels. .
