Yeasty and spicy on the nose, with herbal notes, mint, aniseed, tarragon, Frankfurt green sauce. Powerful body, viscous, some power, ripe acidity, the finish takes up the spiciness of the nose again and has good persistence. A powerful Chardonnay with accentuated spice, blossoms at the table.
