The red wine Minervois AOC L’Entracte, vintage 2017 from the winery Mas Paumarhel has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Carignan from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Somewhat buttery, also peppery, currently little fruit. Much juiciness on the palate, only a discreet tannin note, fine-nerved accompanied, harmonious table wine with cocoa-like and dark berry finish.
