Intense, rich ruby red colour with a slight purple tinge. On the nose shows nuances of ripe heart cherries and cassis, then a bit of minty and earthy notes. On the palate offers powerful but well-integrated tannins, juicy, still seems a bit youthful and drying on the finish but has good ageing potential.
