Tasting from 16.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium, bright straw yellow with silver reflections. Intense nose of white peach and apricots, exotic notes of pineapple and honeydew melon, some broom and savoury paired with ginger and a little mint. On the palate an animating acidity and citrus notes as it progresses, with noticeable minerality on the long finish.
