Pale yellow green hints, silver reflections. A floral touch, hints of vanilla and lime zest, nuances of oak, white nougat and a touch of citrus. Medium-bodied, white tropical fruit, mineral with a hint of white pepper on the salty finish. A balanced food companion with a savoury edge.
