Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.09.2007

Medium ruby garnet, broad rim brightening. Intense notes of strawberry jam on the nose, delicate vegetal and leafy undertones. Medium-bodied on the palate, again a delicate touch of jam, distinctive tannins from the new wood, red berry finish, still a little rough and a touch of lemon in the aftertaste.
