Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Attractive, berry notes on the nose, cherries, blackberries, accompanied by fine savouriness, a bit of tobacco. Powerful structure, smooth tannins, juicy and accessible, the acidity balances well, some sweet blueberry, refined peppery savouriness, good length with some cinnamon and clove.
