Tasting from 30.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Salmon pink with orange reflections. A hint of almond and pure red berries can be detected on the nose. On the palate, the wine is juicy and has a good, comparatively restrained mousseux; the ripe acidity gives the fruit plenty of room despite the low dosage. A rosé flint wine with classic accents.

More about the tasting

A light salmon pink, slightly onion skin. Small red berries on the nose. Juicy on the palate, dynamic mousse, light fruit, lively acidity, a hint of phenolics. A good compromise between accessibility and structure.
