Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Not entirely clear on the nose, slightly reminiscent of wet cardboard, lime, subtle cranberry and raspberry candy. Fine acidity and a red berry fruit core on the palate, with a fine sweetness, which unfortunately becomes a little broad on the finish.
