Strong ruby, ochre reflections, subtle edge brightening. Restrained, a hint of fresh heart cherry, a hint of orange zest, some caramel. Juicy, elegant, pronounced in fruit, silky tannins, mineral, good freshness, salty on the finish, a finely spiced food companion.
