Sparkling straw yellow, shows a delicate, very fine perlage, persistent. Slightly smoky, mineral notes of buttery cookies and coffee, followed by a lovely hint of fresh, tree-ripened apple. Shows plenty of fine perlage on the palate, juicy acidity, long-lasting finish.
