Tasting from 01.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich ruby red. White pepper and ripe cherry on the nose and a hint of strawberry confit: inviting. Full and juicy on the palate, with delicately grippy tannins and beautiful fruit, also shows a hint of mint. Currently well-balanced.
