Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Ripe, "warm" fruit, plum confit, Grafschafter Goldsaft, dried fig, nougat and Kaba. Softly grounded, mellow palate, full-bodied, gravity and round, only on the finish with a noticeable tannin grain. Despite the viscous structure, not excessively broad, the phenolics carry. However, the flavours are no longer very fresh - they are more savoury than fruity and only medium-bodied in terms of intensity and complexity.
