Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. On the nose, subtle oak nuances, black sweet cherries, hints of blackberry and liquorice with a touch of tobacco and graphite. Complex and tightly woven, dark berries, a touch of lavender, fine but vivid tannins, good freshness and notes of cherry on the long, lingering finish. Definite ageing potential.
