Tasting from 14.07.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Nuances of strawberry confit with herbal and spicy undertones, a hint of graphite, heart cherries in the background, dark minerality. Firm, tightly woven, red cherries, some nougat, present tannins, delicate leafy spice, black olives on the finish, floral nuances in the aftertaste, mineral on the back. Somewhat rustic.
