Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, ochre rim. Black forest berries on the nose, delicately underlaid with coconut, intense nuances of licorice, orange zest, a fine touch of precious wood, a hint of peppermint. Elegant, good balance of freshness and fruit sweetness, carried by fine tannins, appears very light-footed, shows good length, already a very expressive food companion, is not served at state receptions without reason.
