Tasting from 09.07.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow with a silver tinge. Delicate savouriness on the nose, reminiscent of nutmeg, peach on the finish. Medium-bodied on the palate, fine creaminess, also salty, a good accompaniment to fish dishes.
