The red wine Don Lisander Rivera del Garda Classico Superiore DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Monte Cicogna has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese, Marzemino from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Dark, elegant ruby red. Nose of cassis, mint, eucalyptus, then milk chocolate and elderberries. On the palate a rich use of wood, creamy, polished fruit, rich, on a fine elderberry aroma, with a grippy tannin finish, best decanted before drinking.
