Tasting from 20.03.2020: Herzog & Vombach

Concentrated fruit on the nose with dried plum, sour cherry and some chokeberry. A hint of bouillon and ethereal notes. Quite elegant on the palate, taut acidity, fine tannins and lots of fruit on the long finish.
