Rich, impenetrable ruby with a black core. Great spicy nose of blackberries and black pepper. Full-bodied and hearty in the attack and on the palate, showing lots of dark berry fruit, especially elderberries, opening with grippy, dense tannins, juicy, rustic and wild.
