Bright golden yellow in colour with brassy reflections. On the nose, an inviting bouquet with nuances of acacia blossom underlaid with ripe yellow peach, candied lime zest, and a hint of clove. The complex palate is fresh with taut minerality, a ripe texture, and well-integrated oak nuances, with subtle fruit and a herbal-spicy finish. Versatile.
