Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright brick red with a ruby-coloured core. Open-hearted aroma of the finest cedar wood and cherries, plus roasted nuts, some coffee and black elderberries. Deep on the palate with finely-meshed tannins and good structure, persistent on the finish, yet somewhat drying at the end.
