Tart notes at the start, rosehip, elderberry and dark cherry. Hearty, ethereal and minty notes, delicate nuances reminiscent of chocolate and roasted nuts. Fresh, equally incredibly concentrated palate attack with ripe, grippy tannins and agile acidity on the finish. Certain ageing potential.
