Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Intense ruby red. The nose is marked by savouriness, pepper, nutmeg and tobacco, behind sour cherry and some herbal savouriness. On the palate more fruit, some marzipan, lively acidity, lots of ripe tannin, spicy, a persistent finish, great ageing potential.
