The beautiful richness of freshly baked Viennoiserie meets subtle almond and apricot on the nose. The palate continues in this generous vein in terms of aroma, but the body tapers beautifully. Gentle autolysis lends beautiful texture, fine fizz supports and highlights freshness. A stunner with a super clean, brisk finish.
