Tasting Notes
Radiant onion skin colour with fine-grained, persistent mousse. Delicate bouquet with notes of white bread crust, wild berries, fragrant apricots, fresh mango and jasmine on the finish. Elegantly characterised on the palate, velvety and with fresh acidity through to the long, salty finish, then minimally tannic and hanging on the finish.
