Bright, light green-gold. Herbal aromas of lemon balm and hawthorn, with air, delicate brioche notes and nutty hints develop. Demanding mousse, vivid acidity, medium body, mineral undertow, slightly tart herbal savoury note to the finish, balanced throughout.
