Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.05.2014

Bright cherry red, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. A hint of dried plum, with dark berries in the background, candied orange zest, some nougat. Full-bodied, ripe red berry nuances, fresh acidity, mineral and salty on the finish, pleasant extract sweetness, already easy to drink, a delicate food companion with fine vegetal flavour on the finish.
