Medium yellow-green, with silvery highlights. Fresh, lively bouquet with a hint of lime zest, white stone fruit, and classic, very intricate Riesling nuances. Juicy, crisp, and mineral-driven, with notes of lime, a fresh acidity profile, and hints of quince; pairs well with food.
