Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow colour, silver reflections. Notes of fine yellow tropical fruits with delicate hints of nuts and caramel in the background, a hint of pineapple, multi-faceted bouquet. Powerful, tightly meshed, white peach, mineral and chalky finish, lingers long, fine dry style, good ageing potential, still needs time.
