Strong ruby garnet, deep core, purple reflections, brightening to the rim. Red berry basic mood in the bouquet, equipped with a Burgundy-like florality, fine nuances of cherries, notes of cherry confit. Substantial, elegant, fine red fruit nuances, silky tannins, mineral, hints of tobacco and truffles on the finish, sure future ageing potential. A cool grand cru class Syrah from the warm part of the Cape region.
