Very pale yellow green, silver reflections. Nuances of Granny Smith apple, a hint of pears and meadow herbs, in the background some citrus zest. Juicy, elegant, yellow stone fruit, subtle acidity, a hint of tannin in the finish, a light-footed, finely spiced food wine.
