Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.04.2018

According to Schmidt, the Imago Pinot Noir is a curiosity. After bottling, it was more reminiscent of a port wine, but changed back to freshness in the bottle. Wild berries, red currant and spicy notes on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate with soft tannins. Long-lasting finish.
