Bright amber with copper reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, fine stone fruit notes, apricot confit, some honey blossom, multi-layered aromas. Taut, light-footed, yet with some complexity and freshness, mineral and lively, pleasant, delicate veil of sweetness on the finish, has length, salty aftertaste.
